- All galas are to be hosted in line with the Moors Swim Squad (inc. Moors League of Swimming Clubs) Rules and Regulations and inline with Swim England Technical Rules of Swimming.
- All galas will be hosted with Colorado electronic timing with live results services operating where available.
- Competitions will have licenses applied for, where there are enough technical officials available to meet the licensing requirements.
- Swimmers and spectators are reminded to take notice of the safety rules and procedures at the competition venue.
- Spectator fees are set at £4.00 for the 2026 season.
- All events are age on day competition.
- Membership declaration date is 1st September 2025.
