🔎 Overview
Moors Swim Squad will host the Moors Championships 2026 on Saturday 20th June 2026 at Eston Leisure Centre.
This competition is open to members of Moors Swim Squad clubs only. This includes members of:
Eston, Thirsk WH, Thornaby, Northallerton, Stokesley, Saltburn and Marske.
Swimmers must have been members of their club since the Moors League Final to be eligible to attend.
The meet will provide a competitive championship opportunity for Moors swimmers, with all events run as Heat Declared Winner, except for the 100m Individual Medley, which will lead into a SKINS final.

📝 Entry Information
Swimmers may enter:
✅ Two 50m events plus the 100m Individual Medley
Entry fees are:
💷 £5.00 per event
Heats will be seeded according to submitted entry times.
📅 Ages are as at 31st December 2026.
🥇 Presentations and Awards
Presentations will be made for the top 3 swimmers in each age group.
All events will be Heat Declared Winner, except the 100m Individual Medley.
🔥 100m IM SKINS Final
The fastest 100m IM swimmers will be selected for the SKINS finals.
Finals will be held for:
👦 Boys 13/Under
👦 Boys 14/Over
👧 Girls 13/Under
👧 Girls 14/Over
Selection will be based on the fastest IM swimmers in each age category, irrespective of which club they swim for.
🏆 Each SKINS winner will receive a £20 cash prize.
🎟️ Spectator Information
Spectator admission will be sold online.

📌 Gala Conditions
- 📍 The meet will be held at Eston Leisure Centre. The pool length is 25m with 6 lanes.
- ⏱️ Colorado AOE Electronic Timing will be used.
- 🏊 This competition is open only to members of Moors Swim Squad clubs. This includes Eston, Thirsk WH, Thornaby, Northallerton, Stokesley, Saltburn and Marske.
- ✅ Swimmers must have been members of their club since the Moors League Final to be eligible to attend the meet.
- 📝 Swimmers may enter a maximum of two 50m events plus the 100m Individual Medley.
- 🏆 All events are Heat Declared Winner, with the exception of the 100m Individual Medley, which will lead into a SKINS final.
- 🔥 The fastest IM swimmers for 13/Under and 14/Over, both boys and girls, will be selected for the SKINS finals. Selection is irrespective of the club they swim for.
- 💷 Each SKINS winner will receive a £20 cash prize.
- 💷 Entry fees are £5.00 per event.
- 🥇 Presentations will be made for the top 3 swimmers in each age group.
- 📅 Ages are as at 31st December 2026.
- 📊 Heats will be seeded according to submitted entry times.
- ⏰ The warm up will last 30 minutes.
- ⏳ The estimated session length is 3.5 hours.
- ⚠️ For safety reasons, only swimmers who can perform a Swim England competitive start may perform a shallow racing dive from the starting blocks.
- 🔁 Where possible, over-the-top starts will be used during the meet.
- 🏊 Swimmers are requested to remain in the water until asked to leave the pool.
- 🎟️ Spectator admission will be sold online at £4.00 per person.
- 📌 Any points not covered in these conditions will be at the discretion of the meet organisers.
