- Lockers available (£1 returnable coin).
- All bags must be stored in lockers, not on poolside.
- No outdoor footwear on poolside.
- Swimmers and parents are separated on poolside for safeguarding.
- 📺 A reminder that the event is being live-streamed on YouTube (useful for GCSE/A Level PE recordings).
- 📵 No mobile phones permitted in changing rooms or toilets.

🗂️ Teamsheets
- All draft teamsheets must be submitted to the organisers by Thursday 22nd January at 9:00pm.
This deadline is essential to allow accurate population of draft start lists, results files, and meet configuration. - Any amendments to teamsheets must be provided to the organisers before leaving the venue on the day of the meet.
Late changes may not be included in rankings or results. - Teamsheets will only be accepted using the official template provided on the Moors Swim Squad website:

🙋 Volunteers
Whilst we recognise the importance of volunteers to the smooth running of the event, numbers will need to be limited.
✅ This limit applies separately to event operations and to each club’s team staff.
- The timing operation will be run with up to five volunteers.
- Officials are very welcome and should email
greg@nasc.co.uk
to confirm their attendance. - Each club is expected to provide two timekeepers and at least one official for the meet.
- Clubs should have no more than five volunteers poolside with their team in the role of coach or team manager.
All team managers must be DBS checked.
🎟️ Ticket Buying
Spectator Information
- Tickets available via the results site (capacity: 110).
- All ticket buying will go through the MOORS payment gateway provided by STRIPE.
- Volunteers and officials do not require a ticket.
- 🧳 No bags allowed on poolside due to space limitations.
- ⚠️ Any abuse towards volunteers stewarding this aspect of the competition will be removed from the venue.
In accordance with Swim England by-laws, any parent/carer not following the expected etiquette and conduct of the sport will be removed
from the building and their associated athletes disqualified from all events.
