Ticket Buying
All ticket buying will go through the MOORS payment gateway provided by STRIPE.
EACH SWIMMER IS LIMITED TO ONE SPECTATOR ONLY.
Ticket sales will open Sunday 28th May 8am and will close at the start of warm up on Saturday 3rd June (or if the seating becomes full) Moors Spectator Admission Form – 3rd June 2023 – Moors Swim Squad
PLEASE SEE BELOW IF YOU CAN VOLUNTEER RATHER THAN SPECTATING
MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS OF SWIMMERS AND ATTENDEES WILL BE CHECKED. WE ARE LIMITING SPECTATORS TO PREVENT OVERCROWDING. EACH SWIMMER IS LIMITED TO ONE SPECTATOR ONLY.
Volunteers
Whilst we appreciate that volunteers are needed for the event there will also be a limit

- Timing operation will be run with up to 5 volunteers

- Officials are welcome and should email greg@nasc.co.uk to confirm their attendance
- Each club should provide one timekeeper and at least one official to the meet
- Clubs should have no more than 5 volunteers with their teams in the role of coach/team managers
